A Boy, A Girl, A Roland, A Shure, A Computer (Audrey, At Home, 2001)

Introduction

I had bought some better equipment to better play around with recording.

I had bought my own computer so I could focus on laying down orchestrations.

I would bring them over, teach play them for Sara, do a demo vocal so she could learn the part. Sara would record some mult-track vocals over what was there in the wee-hours after I left.

She would bring them into work the next day and I would love them.

We weren’t a band anymore. We did our things at home.
